Just little homestuck thoughts |
Hello, this is a blog for your little Homestuck thoughts. Ideas, headcanons, theories, thoughts on character interactions, anything. |
EB: It’s crazy..the kind of stuff you come up with when you’re all alone…

O-oh.
Okay.
I love this idea.
I really do. To death.
John Egbert has no friends, except three online, Jade, Rose, and Dave. To counter the crippling loneliness, he makes up adventures. A big, epic, long adventure where they can be heroes and have fun together. They are his escape. Every single panel in the comic is a picture John has drawn and conversations that he has made up.
He even comes up with a new species for them to interact with. The trolls. His imagination creates twelve adolescents, more “friends” for them to talk to and fight with. John goes through this one phase where he really gets into their world, they become almost as real to him as his friends’ adventures, and creates things such as the quadrants and lusii. This is the majority of Act 5.
John even creates the concept of God Tiers, a state achievable in the game that he has created in his head that allows him and his friends to become godlike. They get amazing powers, cooler clothes, and even immortality, so they can play together forever! He is the first to become God Tier, of course.
As for Bro, Mom, and Becquerel, John never draws them with full facial features because he’s not quite sure what they look like.
But strangely, as his daydreams go on, they start to consume him more and more. John creates elaborate explanations and connections between events and players in “Sburb/Sgurb”, so much that they might not make sense fully. Doc Scratch. Lord English. Suddenly players in his imagination start to die. Sometimes he thinks up a way to make them come back though. But it’s okay. Because his made-up world feels more real than ever.
All this he draws and writes on paper with pens and his imagination. All this by himself inside his room at home.
That is why the adventure is called Homestuck.
all of my tears…
I really like this idea.

Anonymous asked: Do you guys have things in the queue?
No, we don’t get a whole lot of submissions (maybe 1-5 a week), so we just post them as soon as we get them. So guys, you should submit things!
fryings asked: This isn't a question OR a concern, but I just want to say that I love you for making this blog. It's interesting to see other people's headcanons. And I meant that in a good way. c:
thank you very much! The blog is just brand new, so I’m really glad that people are liking it already.
